-El Modelo.DG Patrimonio 2.0 (2019)
-Investigation on Models(VII) (2020)
-Investigation on Prototypes 1.0 (2021)
Description / Themes:
- 1. The Client: Working with a real customer.
The customer is an empowered stranger and, if he is not, we must turn him into an empowered stranger.empowered stranger. It is necessary to get information, to trace, to intuit, to specify, to move away and then to let yourself beand then let him take the lead in an ever-lengthening process where he has taken command of the collective movement.collective movement.
- 2. The Model: working on a single complex document.
The plans disappear for the 3D models that are erected before generatingany kind of plans or sections. The pattern, or geometric order, then has to move on to other patterns,to move on to other patterns. When we were talking about plans and sections, it was because they wereprimary documents that defined the order of the object. If now they are a consequence becausethe primary thing is the model, who then establishes the order? What role do these documents take on?what role do these documents take on? It is necessary to think about what replaces a plan or a section when in the model all the lines have the same thickness.
- 3. The Prototype: working with material behaviour.
The prototype is the constructive passport of the project. There is a level of development of the project that requires material verification. The prototype takes the form of an experimental object, which helps us to understand and replicate material behaviour and compatibility between parts. It is the full-scale assembly that informs the model. Let's take a leap forward. We need to focus on the final stages of the project, but treat them as if they were the beginnings.
Our working and research laboratory is once again the city. As it should have beenalways should have been. The city is the place where everything that surrounds us today is concentrated, even that which we call original nature. The city is the basic and primordial place of collaboration between different human beings.collaboration between different human beings.
